Terms and way of working

Each service has its own terms. This makes it clear what is included, what is not included and how it is properly confirmed.

General service terms

  • La atención se presta según disponibilidad de agenda, prioridad del servicio, zona de cobertura y condiciones técnicas del trabajo.
  • El envío de una solicitud no implica aceptación automática del servicio.
  • Se recomienda facilitar una descripción clara del problema y, cuando sea posible, foto o vídeo.
  • Los materiales no están incluidos salvo indicación expresa.
  • Cualquier ampliación del trabajo, tiempo adicional o actuación no prevista se valorará aparte antes de continuar.
  • Si al acudir no hay nadie, no hay acceso o la incidencia ya está resuelta, la salida o el tiempo reservado podrá considerarse realizado según el tipo de contratación.
  • No trabajamos con la idea de obras largas ni proyectos abiertos; el enfoque es intervención concreta y servicio claro.

Use by authorised persons

El titular del bono puede autorizar el uso del servicio por parte de familiares directos o personas de confianza, siempre que lo comunique previamente por escrito y facilite los datos de la persona autorizada y la dirección del servicio. Cada cliente abonado dispone de un número de cliente y de un código de autorización personal para validar solicitudes, consumos, renovaciones, recargas o actuaciones de terceros autorizados.

Service pensado para resolver trabajos pequeños, averías puntuales o mejoras concretas con un alcance claro desde el principio.
